I'm a big fan of stop-motion animation and Jason and The Argonauts is full of great stuff by Ray Harryhausen. Jason came out in 1963 and told the tale of the Greek hero taking the almost impossible task of hunting down the golden fleece and gaining revenge against Pelias, who killed his mother.
It's a great fantasy film that that should make for a great showing this week. I'll look forward to watching this with you this Saturday.
