I'm looking forward to this weekend's features. The first one I haven't seen and the second I'm looking forward to watching again.
1979 saw the release of "The Brood". It stars Oliver Reed, Samantha Eggar, and Art Hindle. I guess she gives birth to some mutant kids and they act of her negative thoughts. They share a psychic bond. And it all sounds creepy! Sounds like it should be a good one. Here's the trailer...
Gigantis The Fire Monster is the American names for Godzilla Raids Again. This is considered the second in the Godzilla series and came out in 1955. Godzilla dukes it out with Anguirus is his first monster on monster tussle! The original plans were were to take all the monster footage and throw out out all of the Japanese actors and make a new movie called The Volcano Monsters. This didn't happen and the American suits decided to change the name to Gigantis to fool the audience into thinking they were seeing a new monster. We knew better....silly corporate movie people!
